Studiile abordeaz\u0103 o gam\u0103 variat\u0103 de subiecte, incluz\u00e2nd evaluarea afec\u021biunilor neurologice, investigarea efectului diverselor interven\u021bii terapeutice \u0219i analiza impactului economic. \u00cen aceste cercet\u0103ri sunt integrate perspective medicale, psihologice \u0219i din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii publice.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1048 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Picture1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Picture1.jpg 624w, https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Picture1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Departamentul de cercetare al Institutului RoNeuro utilizeaz\u0103 tehnologii inovatoare precum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>electroencefalografia cantitativ\u0103 (QEEG);<\/li>\n<li>stimularea transcranian\u0103 magnetic\u0103 repetitiv\u0103 (r-TMS);<\/li>\n<li>urm\u0103rirea mi\u0219c\u0103rilor oculare (Eyetracking).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De-a lungul timpului, colabor\u0103rile cu societ\u0103\u021bi interna\u021bionale de prestigiu \u0219i abord\u0103rile transla\u021bionale au stimulat dezvoltarea unor proiecte menite s\u0103 aprofundeze \u00een\u021belegerea proceselor biologice \u0219i s\u0103 elaboreze strategii cu impact asupra tuturor dimensiunilor neuroreabilit\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<h2>Care sunt principalele domenii de cercetare ale Institutului RoNeuro?<\/h2>\n<p>Activitatea de cercetare a Institutului RoNeuro se concentreaz\u0103 pe \u00een\u021belegerii afec\u021biunilor neurologice cel mai des \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u0219i cu impact semnificativ asupra popula\u021biei, pe dezvoltarea de noi interven\u021bii terapeutice, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea protocoalelor existente, evaluarea impactului asupra societ\u0103\u021bii \u0219i dezvoltarea procedeelor de neuroreabilitare (cognitive, emo\u021bionale, fizice), pentru a cre\u0219te calitatea vie\u021bii pacien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<h3>Accidentul vascular cerebral<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Accidentul vascular cerebral (AVC)<\/strong> este una dintre cele mai des \u00eent\u00e2lnite afec\u021biuni neurologice \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i la nivel European, fiind asociat\u0103 cu o rat\u0103 crescut\u0103 de morbiditate si dizabilitate, precum \u0219i cu o\u00a0 presiune financiar\u0103 semnificativ\u0103 asupra sistemului de s\u0103n\u0103tate [1-3]. Din acest motiv dezvoltarea \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea interven\u021biilor &#8211; farmacologice \u0219i non-farmacologice &#8211; pentru gestionarea efectelor acestuia este imperios necesar\u0103. <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/34152062\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ghidul Academiei Europene de Neurologie \u0219i al Federa\u021biei Europene a Societ\u0103\u021bilor de Neuroreabilitare privind suportul farmacologic \u00een reabilitarea motorie timpurie dup\u0103 un accident vascular cerebral ischemic acut<\/a> este unul dintre proiectele importante ale Institutului RoNeuro \u0219i reprezint\u0103 un exemplu al importan\u021bei colabor\u0103rii interna\u021bionale, fiind dezvoltat \u00een colaborare cu exper\u021bi mondiali \u00een domeniul neuro\u0219tiin\u021belor. Acest ghid ofer\u0103 informa\u021bii despre suportul farmacologic \u00een interven\u021biile de recuperarea neurologic\u0103 post-AVC, pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi recomand\u0103rile actuale \u0219i extinde op\u021biunile terapeutice.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul institutului s-a realizat \u0219i o cercetare sistematic\u0103 privind povara economic\u0103 generat\u0103 de AVC, studiu care a eviden\u021biat impactul semnificativ asupra sistemelor de s\u0103n\u0103tate.\u00a0 Rezultatele au scos \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 nevoia dezvolt\u0103rii \u0219i implement\u0103rii unor strategii eficiente de gestionare \u0219i limitare a costurilor asociate tratamentului AVC [3].<\/p>\n<p>Mai mult, studiile clinice au eviden\u021biat poten\u021bialul terapeutic al unor interven\u021bii farmacologice \u00een neuroregenerarea post-AVC [4, 5].<\/p>\n<h3>Traumatismele craniocerebrale<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Traumatismele craniocerebrale (TCC)<\/strong> pot afecta pacien\u021bii at\u00e2t pe plan fizic c\u00e2t \u0219i psihologic, alterand capacitatea motorie, cognitiv\u0103 \u0219i emo\u021bional\u0103. Mai mult, acestea afecteaz\u0103 negativ calitatea vie\u021bii \u0219i abilitatea de reintegrare social\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103, fiind una dintre cauzele majore de dizabilitate la nivel global [6].<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul Institutului RoNeuro, cercetarea dedicat\u0103 TCC a explorat noi abord\u0103ri \u00een neuroreabilitare, precum utilizarea agen\u021bilor neurotrofici. Un exemplu notabil este studiul <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31897941\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eficacitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba cerebrolysinului \u00een neurorecuperarea dup\u0103 leziuni cerebrale traumatice moderate-severe: rezultate din studiul CAPTAIN II<\/a>. Realizat pe un e\u0219antion de 142 de pacien\u021bi, acesta a confirmat efectele benefice demonstrate anterior ale Cerebrolysin pentru pacien\u021bii cu TCC moderat sau sever.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul institutului au fost evalua\u021bi, de asemenea, markerii biologici \u00een TCC \u0219i aplicarea metodelor non-invazive de reabilitare. Printre aceste metode, rTMS a fost explorat\u0103 ca o op\u021biune promi\u021b\u0103toare pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea func\u021biei neurologice, av\u00e2nd poten\u021bialul de a modifica activitatea neuronal\u0103 \u0219i de a facilita recuperarea post-TCC [7].<\/p>\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 articolele \u0219tiin\u021bifice dezvoltate \u00een cadrul Institutului, seria de editoriale \u2018History of Neurotrauma\u2019 (Istoria Neurotraumei) ofer\u0103 o analiz\u0103 complex\u0103 asupra tratamentului leziunilor cerebrale traumatice de-a lungul timpului, contribuind la aprecierea progresului semnificativ \u00eenregistrat \u00een medicin\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3>COVID-19<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cen contextul cunoscutei pandemii, a fost lansat <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32470415\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un apel din partea Academiei Europene de Neurologie privind COVID-19<\/a> la mijlocul anului 2020. Academia European\u0103 de Neurologie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ean.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Academy of Neurology &#8211; EAN<\/a>) \u0219i-a propus sa evalueze impactul COVID-19 asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii neurologice. Astfel, a dezvoltat un grup de lucru multidisciplinar pentru a elabora recomand\u0103ri de diagnostic \u0219i tratament pentru pacien\u021bii afecta\u021bi de COVID-19 ce prezint\u0103 afec\u021biuni neurologice. Din aceast\u0103 activitate a rezultat registrul EAN Neuro COVID-19, care \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 informa\u021bii standardizate privind datele demografice, comorbidita\u021bile, manifest\u0103rile generale \u0219i neurologice, precum \u0219i evolu\u021bia \u0219i impactul COVID-19. Registrul, lansat \u00een 29 aprilie 2020, a fost pus la dispozi\u021bia tuturor neurologilor sau departamentelor de neurologie \u0219i societ\u0103\u021bilor na\u021bionale interesate, al\u0103turi de o platform\u0103 ce integreaz\u0103 literatura de specialitate referitoare la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<h3>Alte studii relevante<\/h3>\n<h4>Primul studiu na\u021bional asupra calit\u0103\u021bii somnului<\/h4>\n<p>Somnul are un impact major asupra noastr\u0103, afect\u00e2nd s\u0103n\u0103tatea fizic\u0103, mental\u0103 \u0219i chiar sistemul imunitar. \u00cen aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie, <strong>Institutul RoNeuro <\/strong>\u00een colaborare cu cei de la Confort Merino, a ini\u021biat \u0219i derulat primul <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/primul-studiu-national-asupra-calitatii-somnului\/\">Studiu Na\u021bional despre Calitatea Somnului Rom\u00e2nilor<\/a>. Acest studiu a evaluat prevalen\u021ba tulbur\u0103rilor de somn, calitatea somnului folosind Chestionarul Pittsburgh de M\u0103surare a Calit\u0103\u021bii Somnului, obiceiurile de somn, factorii demografici \u0219i cei lega\u021bi de stilul de via\u021b\u0103 (diet\u0103, exerci\u021biile fizice). Aceast\u0103 cercetare aduce o contribu\u021bie valoroas\u0103 la \u00een\u021belegerea impactului somnului asupra bun\u0103st\u0103rii popula\u021biei \u0219i deschide o cale pentru abord\u0103ri noi \u00een \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii rom\u00e2nilor.<\/p>\n<h4>N-HANCE<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Studiul \u2018<strong>N-HANCE<\/strong>\u2019, cel mai recent proiect de cercetare al Institutului RoNeuro, este dedicat adul\u021bilor cu v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00eentre 50 \u0219i 75 de ani cu o stare de s\u0103n\u0103tate bun\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 probleme neurologice preexistente, dar care prezint\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi cognitive subiective. QEEG completeaz\u0103 alte evalu\u0103ri clinice \u0219i ofer\u0103 dovezi mai obiective pentru un diagnostic precis.
