Aceasta este solubil\u0103 \u00een ap\u0103 \u0219i prezent\u0103 \u00een diverse alimente.<\/p>\n<p>Acidul folic contribuie la sinteza ADN-ului \u0219i ARN-ului \u0219i particip\u0103 la metabolismul proteinelor. Suplimentarea cu acid folic este sigur\u0103 \u0219i recomandat\u0103 chiar \u0219i persoanelor f\u0103r\u0103 afec\u021biuni. Totu\u0219i, o caren\u021b\u0103 de acid folic poate duce la afectarea sistemului nervos, cardiovascular, poate afecta s\u0103n\u0103tatea ochilor \u0219i duce la anemie.<\/p>\n<p>Acidul folic contribuie la sinteza ADN-ului, la diviziunea celular\u0103 normal\u0103 \u0219i la producerea globulelor ro\u0219ii, fiind esen\u021bial pentru func\u021bionarea optim\u0103 a organismului.
