Este potrivit at\u00e2t pentru persoanele s\u0103n\u0103toase, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cele cu probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate [3].<\/p>\n<h2>Recomand\u0103ri ale antrenamentului cognitiv pentru copii<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen cazul copiilor, antrenamentul cognitiv poate fi recomandat pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea aptitudinilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, \u0219i ajut\u0103 \u00een preg\u0103tire pentru examene.
