De exemplu, un pacient cu accident vascular cerebral va \u00eencepe cu mi\u0219c\u0103ri pasive, apoi va progresa spre antrenament de echilibru \u0219i coordonare.<\/p>\n<p>Principalele exerci\u021bii de kinetoterapie pentru recuperare sunt structurate \u00een etape progresive, adaptate nevoilor fiec\u0103rui pacient. Acestea includ mi\u0219c\u0103ri pasive, exerci\u021bii asistate activ, exerci\u021bii active, antrenament de for\u021b\u0103, echilibru \u0219i coordonare, exerci\u021bii de anduran\u021b\u0103, dar \u0219i tehnici de reeducare neuromuscular\u0103 \u0219i suport psihologic. Pot fi incluse ajust\u0103rile ergonomice \u0219i men\u021binerea unui greutate s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 [10].<\/p>\n<h3>Suport psihologic<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care pacientul se confrunt\u0103 cu probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, este necesar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/psihologie.html\">suportul psihologic<\/a>. Acesta are rolul de motiva implicarea pacientului \u00een programul terapeutic care i-a fost prescris \u0219i cre\u0219terea \u00eencrederii \u00een recuperare \u0219i a stimei de sine.<\/p>\n<p>Suportul psihologic este util mai ales \u00een situa\u021biile c\u00e2nd pacientul se confrunt\u0103 \u0219i cu <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/care-sunt-principalele-tulburari-de-anxietate\/\">anxietate<\/a>, depresie sau fric\u0103 de mi\u0219care [11].<\/p>\n<h2>Concluzii<\/h2>\n<p>Kinetoterapia este o component\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 a recuper\u0103rii func\u021bionale, oferind reabilit\u0103rii o direc\u021bie structurat\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe dovezi. Prin abordarea aspectelor fizice, func\u021bionale \u0219i psihologice, kinetoterapia v\u0103 poate ajuta s\u0103 v\u0103 rec\u0103p\u0103ta\u021bi independen\u021ba, o mai bun\u0103 calitate a vie\u021bii pentru a v\u0103 reintegra \u00een via\u021ba personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103.
