Totu\u0219i, modul \u00een care aceste tr\u0103s\u0103turi se exprim\u0103 poate varia semnificativ \u00een func\u021bie de v\u00e2rst\u0103. La copii, semnele devin vizibile prin \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u00een dezvoltare, cum ar fi lipsa vorbirii, evitarea contactului vizual sau gesturi repetitive, iar diagnosticarea presupune observarea atent\u0103 a acestor comportamente \u0219i folosirea unor instrumente specifice precum ADOS sau M-CHAT [1].<\/p>\n<p>La adul\u021bi, identificarea autismului este mai complex\u0103, \u00eentruc\u00e2t multe simptome pot fi mascate de strategii sociale \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate de-a lungul vie\u021bii, necesit\u00e2nd o analiz\u0103 detaliat\u0103 a istoricului personal \u0219i a dificult\u0103\u021bilor de integrare social\u0103. Deasemenea, lipsa accesului la istoricul dezvolt\u0103rii poate \u00eempiedica realizarea unui diagnostic precis. Mascarea social\u0103 (\u00een special la femei \u0219i grupurile marginalizate), poate oculta unele tr\u0103s\u0103turi autiste [16].<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simptome suprapuse;<\/li>\n<li>Lipsa istoricului dezvolt\u0103rii;<\/li>\n<li>Mascare social\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Care sunt recomand\u0103rile post diagnostic la adul\u021bi?<\/h3>\n<p>Adul\u021bii beneficiaz\u0103 adesea de interven\u021bii personalizate, terapie sau aderarea la grupuri de sprijin. Diagnosticul poate oferi claritate \u0219i poate ajuta la accesarea adapt\u0103rilor la locul de munc\u0103 sau \u00een mediile educa\u021bionale [17].<\/p>\n<h2>Concluzii<\/h2>\n<p>Diagnosticarea unui copil cu TSA este o preocupare frecvent\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul p\u0103rin\u021bilor. Deseori se claseaz\u0103 pe primul loc \u00een lista celor mai nepl\u0103cute diagnostice, chiar dac\u0103 nu este o boal\u0103 grav\u0103 sau terminal\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De obicei, autismul este permanent, de\u0219i exist\u0103 cazuri \u00een care adul\u021bii \u00eel dep\u0103\u0219esc sau \u00eel amelioreaz\u0103. Astfel, simptomele autismului se pot schimba \u0219i se schimb\u0103 odat\u0103 cu v\u00e2rsta.<\/p>\n<p>Adul\u021bii cu TSA au aptitudini la care sunt foarte buni, dar \u0219i confrunt\u0103ri serioase \u00een realizarea anumitor sarcini.
