Sindromul burnout este cel mai frecvent \u00een profesii care implic\u0103 o munc\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103 intens\u0103, cum ar fi: asisten\u021ba medical\u0103, educa\u021bia, asisten\u021ba social\u0103 \u0219i serviciile de urgen\u021b\u0103 [11].<\/p>\n<p>Aceste profesii plaseaz\u0103 angaja\u021bii \u00een roluri \u00een care trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 grij\u0103 constant de ceilal\u021bi sau s\u0103 gestioneze sarcini de munc\u0103 intense, f\u0103r\u0103 pauze \u0219i sprijin suficient [12]. Mai multe \u021b\u0103ri au dezvoltat cadre pentru a aborda burnout, fiecare cu grade diferite de recunoa\u0219tere, sprijin prin concediu medical \u0219i campanii na\u021bionale de con\u0219tientizare [17].<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, burnout nu e recunoscut oficial ca boal\u0103 profesional\u0103. Persoanele pot primi concediu medical numai pe baza unor diagnostice psihiatrice mai largi, cum ar fi depresia sau anxietatea, dar nu exist\u0103 o clasificare specific\u0103 pentru burnout [18].<\/p>\n<p>Campaniile na\u021bionale de s\u0103n\u0103tate sunt limitate, de\u0219i organiza\u021biile non-guvernamentale au \u00eenceput s\u0103 promoveze con\u0219tientizarea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale.
