El con\u021bine aproape to\u021bi neuronii pe care \u00eei va avea vreodat\u0103 dar conexiunile dintre ei (sinapse), sunt \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een curs de dezvoltare [5], astfel se concentreaz\u0103 pe bazele vie\u021bii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sim\u021buri,<\/li>\n<li>mi\u0219care,<\/li>\n<li>crearea de leg\u0103turi de \u00eencredere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Formarea de noi conexiuni neuronale<\/strong> se accelereaz\u0103 \u00een primele luni de via\u021b\u0103. Acestea permit procesarea senzorial\u0103, controlul mi\u0219c\u0103rii \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea timpurie. \u00cen plus, pentru a deveni mai eficient creierul elimin\u0103 conexiunile neutilizate sau redundante [6].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cortexul cerebral<\/strong>, responsabil pentru g\u00e2ndire, aten\u021bie, memorie \u0219i luarea deciziilor, continu\u0103 s\u0103 se dezvolte pe parcursul copil\u0103riei [7], \u0219i regleaz\u0103 func\u021biile vitale precum respira\u021bia, ritmul cardiac \u0219i somnul, sunt deja active la na\u0219tere [8].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cortexul senzorial \u0219i motor<\/strong> se consolideaz\u0103 pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce sugarul interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu mediul, r\u0103spunz\u00e2nd la imagini, sunete, atingere \u0219i vocile p\u0103rin\u021bilor sau \u00eengrijitorilor [9,10].<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Neglijarea dezvolt\u0103rii copilului \u00een primii cinci ani poate conduce la deficite pe termen lung din punct de vedere cognitiv \u0219i emo\u021bional, deoarece structurile fundamentale ale creierului sunt construite \u00een timpul acestei perioade sensibile.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Cum \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 un copil s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 lumea?<\/h2>\n<p>Chiar \u00eenainte de na\u0219tere, f\u0103tul poate auzi \u0219i r\u0103spunde la sunete precum vocea mamei [11]. P\u00e2n\u0103 la na\u0219terea unui copil, creierul este deja preg\u0103tit pentru vorbire \u0219i comunicare [12]. \u00cen primul an, sugarii \u00eencep s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 voci familiare, \u0219i s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 la tonuri emo\u021bionale cu sunete prin g\u00e2ngurit \u0219i bolboroseal\u0103 [13]. Aceast\u0103 dezvoltare este influen\u021bat\u0103 de interac\u021biunea social\u0103, copiii \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u00e2nd limbajul nu prin expunere pasiv\u0103, ci prin implicarea activ\u0103 cu \u00eengrijitorii \u0219i p\u0103rin\u021bii [15].<\/p>\n<p>Cititul cu voce tare, dialogurile \u0219i schimburile de replici stimuleaz\u0103 c\u0103ile neuronale asociate cu limbajul \u0219i cogni\u021bia [16]. Potrivit studiilor lui Piaget, copiii cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 0 \u0219i 2 ani se afl\u0103 \u00een stadiul senzoriomotor, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u00e2nd despre mediul lor prin mi\u0219care \u0219i experien\u021b\u0103 senzorial\u0103 [17].<\/p>\n<p>\u00centre 2 \u0219i 5 ani apare g\u00e2ndirea simbolic\u0103, imagina\u021bia [18] \u0219i primele tendin\u021be de ra\u021bionament logic. Aceast\u0103 receptivitate construie\u0219te \u00eencredere \u0219i ajut\u0103 copilul s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be s\u0103 regleze emo\u021biile.<\/p>\n<p>Interac\u021biunile emo\u021bionale pozitive promoveaz\u0103 ata\u0219amentul \u0219i reduc nivelurile hormonilor de stres (ex. cortizol) [25]. \u00cen schimb, stresul cronic sau neglijarea pot cre\u0219te nivelul de cortizol care poate afecta dezvoltarea neuronal\u0103 \u0219i stabilitatea emo\u021bional\u0103 [26].<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jurul v\u00e2rstei de trei p\u00e2n\u0103 la cinci ani, copiii \u00eencep s\u0103 dezvolte inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 [27], adic\u0103 capacitatea de a identifica, exprima \u0219i gestiona sentimentele [28]. <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/consult-neurologic-pediatric\/\">Copiii cu ata\u0219ament sigur<\/a> prezint\u0103 de obicei mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere, empatie \u0219i rezilien\u021b\u0103 [29], deoarece experien\u021bele lor emo\u021bionale timpurii au favorizat conexiuni neuronale stabile \u00een regiunile cerebrale care guverneaz\u0103 comportamentul social \u0219i autocontrolul.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum se dezvolt\u0103 autonomia unui copil?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00centre v\u00e2rstele de trei \u0219i cinci ani, se dezvolt\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bile motorii, cognitive \u0219i emo\u021bionale care le permit s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i afirme independen\u021ba \u0219i autonomia [30].<\/p>\n<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce cortexul prefrontal (zona creierului responsabil\u0103 de planificare, luarea deciziilor \u0219i autocontrol) continu\u0103 s\u0103 se maturizeze, copiii \u00eencep s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i testeze limitele, s\u0103 fac\u0103 ia decizii strategice dezvolt\u00e2ndu-\u0219i un sentiment de autoeficacitate [31].<\/p>\n<p>Joaca este un mecanism central pentru aceast\u0103 cre\u0219tere deoarece copiii exerseaz\u0103 rezolvarea problemelor, creativitatea \u0219i interac\u021biunea social\u0103 [32]. Atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eengrijitorii ofer\u0103 medii structurate, dar flexibile, care permit explorarea \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103, ace\u0219tia promoveaz\u0103 at\u00e2t independen\u021ba, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00eencrederea [33].<\/p>\n<p>Autonomia se manifest\u0103 \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 30 luni de la na\u0219tere prin limbaj (exemplu: \u201eFac singur aceasta!\u201d), exprimare emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i negociere social\u0103. \u00cen aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 ei \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 se joace, cum ar fi s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 la un telefon de juc\u0103rie sau s\u0103 hr\u0103neasc\u0103 o p\u0103pu\u0219\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se joace l\u00e2ng\u0103 sau \u00een paralel cu un alt copil [34].<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mediile excesiv de restrictive sau punitive pot limita dorin\u021ba copilului de a explora \u0219i de a deveni independent, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de autoreglare.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Concluzii<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, primii cinci ani de via\u021b\u0103 pun bazele pentru \u00eentreaga via\u021b\u0103 a copilului. Creierul se formeaz\u0103 mai repede dec\u00e2t oric\u00e2nd, iar lucrurile simple pe care le face\u021bi zilnic precum vorbitul, jocul, r\u0103spunsul la nevoile lui, sunt cele care construiesc conexiunile neuronale s\u0103n\u0103toase.<\/p>\n<p>Felul \u00een care se dezvolt\u0103 creierul la \u00eenceput depinde at\u00e2t de mo\u0219tenirea genetic\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i de ce sim\u021bim \u0219i tr\u0103im \u00een jurul nostru. Experien\u021bele pe care le avem ajut\u0103 creierul s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 la maximum poten\u021bialul cu care ne na\u0219tem.<\/p>\n<p>Dezvoltarea limbajului, a leg\u0103turilor emo\u021bionale \u0219i a autonomiei ilustreaz\u0103 natura adaptiv\u0103 \u0219i interactiv\u0103 a creierului. Ata\u0219amentele sigure, mediile lingvistice bogate \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile de joc \u0219i explorare ofer\u0103 ingredientele necesare dezvolt\u0103rii cognitive \u0219i emo\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cele din urm\u0103, investi\u021bia \u00een \u00eengrijirea \u0219i educa\u021bia copiilor mici nu este doar o responsabilitate social\u0103 ci este o necesitate.
