Da, somnul insuficient sau deranjat ne face mai vulnerabili la boli \u0219i cre\u0219te riscul unor probleme inflamatorii pe termen lung. Somnul \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te imunitatea, regleaz\u0103 inflama\u021bia \u0219i protejeaz\u0103 organismul at\u00e2t \u00eempotriva infec\u021biilor acute, c\u00e2t \u0219i a bolilor cronice.
