{"id":2221,"date":"2026-03-09T14:44:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/?p=2221"},"modified":"2026-03-09T14:44:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:36","slug":"legatura-dintre-somn-si-anxietate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/legatura-dintre-somn-si-anxietate\/","title":{"rendered":"Care este leg\u0103tura dintre somn \u0219i anxietate?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN\">Care este leg\u0103tura dintre somn \u0219i anxietate?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/somnologie.html\">Somnul<\/a> \u0219i anxietatea au o rela\u021bie complex\u0103 care afecteaz\u0103 semnificativ bun\u0103starea mental\u0103 \u0219i emo\u021bional\u0103 [1]. <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/acasa.html\">Anxietatea<\/a> poate interfera cu capacitatea de a adormi \u0219i de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne adormit, iar somnul insuficient sau tulburat poate intensifica g\u00e2ndurile anxioase, reactivitatea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i r\u0103spunsurile fiziologice la stres [2].<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, somnul \u0219i anxietatea se manifest\u0103 \u00eentr-o conexiune bidirec\u021bional\u0103 [3] deoarece:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>anxietatea perturb\u0103 somnul,<\/li>\n<li>somnul deficitar amplific\u0103 anxietatea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avem nevoie s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem de ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/somnologie\/2-uncategorised\/88-insomnia.html\">privarea de somn<\/a> cre\u0219te anxietatea, cum se manifest\u0103 tulbur\u0103rile de somn \u00een tulburarea de anxietate generalizat\u0103 \u0219i care este rela\u021bia dintre tulburarea de stres posttraumatic \u0219i somn &#8211; \u00een special co\u0219marurile \u0219i teama de a adormi [4].<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen\u021belegerea acestor conexiuni eviden\u021biaz\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/de-ce-dormim-ce-este-si-ce-rol-are-somnul\/\">importan\u021ba somnului<\/a> ca mediator \u00eentre anxietate \u0219i depresie [5]. \u00centr-o lume caracterizat\u0103 de stres cronic, suprastimulare \u0219i durat\u0103 redus\u0103 a somnului, aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie a devenit deosebit de relevant\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2>De ce privarea de somn cre\u0219te anxietatea?<\/h2>\n<p>Privarea de <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/primul-studiu-national-asupra-calitatii-somnului\/\">somn<\/a> are efecte profunde asupra sistemelor cerebrale responsabile cu reglarea emo\u021bional\u0103 [6]. Atunci c\u00e2nd o persoan\u0103 este privat\u0103 de somn, o structur\u0103 cerebral\u0103 responsabil\u0103 cu procesarea fricii \u0219i a amenin\u021b\u0103rii devine hiperactiv\u0103, r\u0103spunz\u00e2nd mai intens la stimuli negativi sau stresan\u021bi [7].<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, o alt\u0103 structur\u0103 cerebral\u0103, responsabil\u0103 pentru g\u00e2ndirea ra\u021bional\u0103, controlul emo\u021bional \u0219i evaluarea amenin\u021b\u0103rilor \u00ee\u0219i pierde capacitatea de a regla eficient acest r\u0103spuns emo\u021bional [8]. Privarea de somn favorizeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cre\u0219terea nivelurilor de cortizol \u0219i al\u021bi hormoni de stres [10],<\/li>\n<li>Stare persistent\u0103 de hiperactivare fiziologic\u0103 [11],<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilitate crescut\u0103 la factorii de stres cotidiani [12],<\/li>\n<li>Indicatori crescu\u021bi ai inflama\u021biei cronice [13].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 activare constant\u0103 de tip \u201elupt\u0103 sau fugi\u201d face ca indivizii s\u0103 fie mai sensibili la factorii de stres care altfel ar putea p\u0103rea gestionabili. Grijile minore pot escalada \u00een preocup\u0103ri cople\u0219itoare, \u00eent\u0103rind tiparele de g\u00e2ndire anxioase [14]. Pentru persoanele cu TAG, noaptea poate fi deosebit de dificil\u0103 [19]. Aceasta se datoreaz\u0103 faptului c\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducerea distragerilor externe permite grijilor s\u0103 domine;<\/li>\n<li>T\u0103cerea \u0219i \u00eentunericul amplific\u0103 g\u00e2ndurile intruzive;<\/li>\n<li>Sistemul nervos r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eentr-o stare de alert\u0103 sporit\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pacien\u021bii cu TAG experimenteaz\u0103 o stare accentuat\u0103 de alert\u0103 mental\u0103 \u0219i fizic\u0103, chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd sunt epuizate. Sistemul lor nervos r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een alert\u0103 maxim\u0103, scan\u00e2nd poten\u021bialele amenin\u021b\u0103ri [20]. Aceast\u0103 stare este incompatibil\u0103 cu relaxarea necesar\u0103 pentru adormire iar tranzi\u021bia de la starea de veghe la somn se face cu dificultate [21].<\/p>\n<p>Factorii cognitivi au rol esen\u021bial. Persoanele cu TAG tind s\u0103 se manifeste prin tipare cognitive [22] care interfereaz\u0103 cu somnul [23] precum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rumina\u021bie \u0219i g\u00e2ndire repetitiv\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Scenarii de tipul \u201ece-ar fi dac\u0103\u201d \u0219i \u00eengrijorare anticipativ\u0103 [24];<\/li>\n<li>Reluarea evenimentelor trecute sau imaginarea amenin\u021b\u0103rilor viitoare;<\/li>\n<li>Dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een deconectarea de la buclele de g\u00e2ndire anxioase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceste tipare de g\u00e2ndire se manifest\u0103 de obicei st\u00e2nd \u00een pat, unde exist\u0103 mai pu\u021bini stimuli externi care s\u0103 redirec\u021bioneze aten\u021bia [25], toate acestea promov\u00e2nd st\u0103ri prelungite de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cengrijorare,<\/li>\n<li>Frustrare,<\/li>\n<li>Insomnie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Pacien\u021bii cu TAG dezvolt\u0103 <em>anxietate anticipativ\u0103<\/em> cu privire la somnul \u00een sine, tem\u00e2ndu-se de o alt\u0103 noapte agitat\u0103. Astfel, tulbur\u0103rile de somn sunt un simptom al TAG \u0219i un factor care sus\u021bine \u0219i intensific\u0103 tulburarea [26].<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>PTSD \u0219i somn: Co\u0219marurile \u0219i frica de a adormi<\/h2>\n<p>Rela\u021bia dintre somn \u0219i anxietate devine \u0219i mai pronun\u021bat\u0103 \u00een tulburarea de stres posttraumatic (PTSD) [27]. Ele pot p\u0103rea intens reale, declan\u0219\u00e2nd aceea\u0219i fric\u0103, neputin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i excitare fiziologic\u0103 experimentate \u00een timpul traumei ini\u021biale. Pacien\u021bii cu PTSD manifest\u0103 frica de a adormi, \u0219tiind c\u0103 somnul poate aduce amintiri terifiante, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t odihn\u0103 [30].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tulbur\u0103rile de somn<\/strong> la pacien\u021bii cu PTSD se manifest\u0103 prin somn fragmentat \u0219i treziri frecvente. Sistemul nervos r\u0103m\u00e2ne hiperalert, chiar \u0219i \u00een timpul repausului, ceea ce face dificil\u0103 ob\u021binerea unui somn profund \u0219i odihnitor. Aceast\u0103 hiperactivare persistent\u0103 \u00eentr-un mediu sigur devine maladaptativ\u0103 \u0219i epuizant\u0103 [31].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insomnia<\/strong> poate agrava simptomele PTSD. Lipsa somnului odihnitor afecteaz\u0103 procesarea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i integrarea memoriei, ambele fiind implicate \u00een recuperarea posttraumatic\u0103 [32]. Somnul REM (mi\u0219c\u0103ri rapide ale ochilor), are rol \u00een procesarea amintirilor emo\u021bionale \u0219i reducerea intensit\u0103\u021bii acestora. Privarea de somn amplific\u0103 anxietatea prin afectarea regl\u0103rii emo\u021bionale, intensificarea r\u0103spunsurilor la stres \u0219i reducerea rezilien\u021bei cognitive.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen TAG, \u00eengrijorarea persistent\u0103 \u0219i hiperactivarea \u00eempiedic\u0103 mintea s\u0103 se lini\u0219teasc\u0103 noaptea, transform\u00e2nd somnul \u00eentr-o surs\u0103 de frustrare \u0219i fric\u0103. \u00cen cazul PTSD, somnul devine un c\u00e2mp de lupt\u0103 unde co\u0219marurile \u0219i hipervigilen\u021ba submineaz\u0103 odihna \u0219i recuperarea, \u00eent\u0103rind anxietatea.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste rela\u021bii subliniaz\u0103 importan\u021ba de a considera somnul o component\u0103 activ\u0103 \u0219i esen\u021bial\u0103 a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii somnului poate reduce simptomele de anxietate, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bind reglarea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i recuperarea.<\/p>\n<p>Abordarea <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/exercitii-de-antrenament-cognitiv\/\">terapeutic\u0103<\/a> a anxiet\u0103\u021bii poate restabili tipare de somn mai s\u0103n\u0103toase, \u00eenl\u0103tur\u00e2nd cercul vicios care le conecteaz\u0103 \u00een vederea restabilirii bun\u0103st\u0103rii psihologice.<\/p>\n<h2>Referin\u021be<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Whitehead JP, Horton CL.
