Aceste interferen\u021be pot fi descrise prin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adormire mai rapid\u0103 cu efect sedativ superficial \u0219i de scurt\u0103 durat\u0103 [11];<\/li>\n<li>Perturbarea arhitecturii somnului [12];<\/li>\n<li>Perturb\u0103ri fiziologice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Adormirea mai rapid\u0103<\/strong> sub influen\u021ba consumului de alcool m\u0103re\u0219te activitatea unui neurotransmi\u021b\u0103tor inhibitor care calmeaz\u0103 activitatea neuronal\u0103 [13].<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Conform standardelor Organiza\u021biei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS), \u201d<em>consumul a 20 g de alcool pur pe zi pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi, respectiv 10 g pentru femei<\/em>\u201d [6], au fost incluse \u00een defini\u021bia consumului de alcool \u201ecu risc sc\u0103zut\u201d sau \u201emoderat\u201d, dar cea mai recent\u0103 pozi\u021bie oficial\u0103 a OMS este c\u0103: <em>nicio cantitate de alcool nu este sigur\u0103 pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate <\/em>[14].<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 interpretarea conform c\u0103reia consumul de alcool ar \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi calitatea somnului este complet eronat\u0103. Alcoolul nu \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 creierul s\u0103-\u0219i urmeze ritmul natural de somn [15].<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perturbarea arhitecturii somnului<\/strong> pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce organismul elimin\u0103 alcoolul, poate dura c\u00e2teva ore dup\u0103 consum, creierul intr\u00e2nd \u00eentr-o stare de agita\u021bie accentuat\u0103.
