Cele mai \u00eent\u00e2lnite caracteristici sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rumina\u021bia,<\/li>\n<li>Hiperfocalizarea nocturn\u0103,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/care-sunt-principalele-tulburari-de-anxietate\/\">Anxietatea<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>Probleme emo\u021bionale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rumina\u021bia<\/strong> este o manifestare a unor g\u00e2nduri repetitive despre evenimente trecute, sarcini neterminate sau e\u0219ecuri percepute. Hiperfocalizarea poate p\u0103rea productiv\u0103 sau lini\u0219titoare, dar favorizeaz\u0103 privarea neinten\u021bionat\u0103 a somnului [22].<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/ce-este-anxietatea\/\"><strong>Anxietatea<\/strong><\/a> ca \u0219i comorbiditate \u00een ADHD [23] perturb\u0103 somnul deoarece grijile legate de performan\u021b\u0103, rela\u021bii sau consecin\u021bele somnului slab \u00een sine, pot crea stres anticipativ \u00een jurul orei de culcare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problemele emo\u021bionale<\/strong>, \u00een ADHD, at\u00e2t la <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/adhd-la-copii\/\">copii <\/a>c\u00e2t \u0219i la <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/adhd-la-adulti\/\">adul\u021bi<\/a>, pot amplifica suferin\u021ba pe timp de noapte, deoarece apare tendin\u021ba de a lupta pentru reducerea emo\u021biilor puternice [24].<\/p>\n<h2>De ce somnul este esen\u021bial pentru func\u021bionarea ADHD?<\/h2>\n<p>Somnul are un rol fundamental \u00een reglarea emo\u021bional\u0103, performan\u021ba cognitiv\u0103 \u0219i controlul comportamental [25]. \u00cen timp ce somnul adecvat sprijin\u0103 func\u021bionarea ariei cerebrale care controleaz\u0103 aten\u021bia, memoria de lucru, planificare \u0219i inhibarea impulsurilor, somnul insuficient [26] m\u0103re\u0219te:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Iritabilitatea,<\/li>\n<li>Instabilitatea dispozi\u021biei,<\/li>\n<li>Reactivitatea la stres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, pacien\u021bii cu ADHD pot deveni impulsivi, sensibili emo\u021bional fiind predispu\u0219i la frustrare \u00een urma unui somn deficitar [27].<\/p>\n<p>Somnul este esen\u021bial pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i consolidarea memoriei. \u00cen cazul ADHD, somnul perturbat reduce performan\u021ba academic\u0103 sau profesional\u0103 [28].<\/p>\n<h2>Care sunt strategiile adaptate pentru un somn odihnitor \u00een ADHD?<\/h2>\n<p>Managementul eficient al somnului [29] \u00een cazul ADHD include strategii individualizate \u0219i flexibile care trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont de diferen\u021bele neurobiologice \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/suportul-psihologic-pentru-pacientii-neurologici\/\">nevoile psihologice<\/a> ale pacien\u021bilor.
