{"id":2358,"date":"2026-07-20T17:10:51","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T15:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2026-07-20T17:10:51","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T15:10:51","slug":"care-este-legatura-dintre-somn-si-migrena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/care-este-legatura-dintre-somn-si-migrena\/","title":{"rendered":"Care este leg\u0103tura dintre somn \u0219i migren\u0103?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>Care este leg\u0103tura dintre somn \u0219i migren\u0103?<\/h2>\n<p>Leg\u0103tura dintre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/somnologie.html\">somn<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/ce-sunt-migrenele\/\">migrene<\/a> este complex\u0103 \u0219i bidirec\u021bional\u0103 [1,2], str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de ritmul circadian \u0219i mecanismele neurologice, deoarece:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problemele de somn pot declan\u0219a migrene,<\/li>\n<li>Migrenele perturb\u0103 calitatea somnului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/somnologie\/2-uncategorised.html\">Somnul<\/a> are un rol important at\u00e2t \u00eenainte, c\u00e2t \u0219i dup\u0103 atacul de migren\u0103, ac\u021bion\u00e2nd at\u00e2t ca semn de avertizare, c\u00e2t \u0219i ca poten\u021bial mecanism de ameliorare [3].<\/p>\n<p>Cele mai importante tulbur\u0103ri de somn asociate cu migrenele sunt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roneuro.ro\/specialitati\/somnologie\/2-uncategorised\/88-insomnia.html\">insomnia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/apneea-in-somn\/\">apneea obstructiv\u0103 \u00een somn<\/a>, \u0219i sindromul picioarelor nelini\u0219tite [4].<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea <a href=\"https:\/\/roneuro.ro\/blog\/primul-studiu-national-asupra-calitatii-somnului\/\">calit\u0103\u021bii somnului<\/a> poate reduce semnificativ frecven\u021ba [5], severitatea \u0219i durata atacurilor de migren\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum influen\u021beaz\u0103 somnul debutul \u0219i progresia migrenei?<\/h2>\n<p>Influen\u021ba somnului asupra migrenei \u00eencepe la nivel neurologic. Anumite regiuni ale creierului, precum hipotalamus \u0219i trunchiul cerebral, mediaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie prin reglarea ritmurilor circadiene \u0219i a c\u0103ilor de transmitere a durerii [6].<\/p>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd somnul este insuficient sau excesiv de lung, aceste mecanisme sunt perturbate, ceea ce favorizeaz\u0103 apari\u021bia atacurilor de migren\u0103. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, abaterile de la un tipar normal de somn reprezint\u0103 factori declan\u0219atori pentru <strong>cel pu\u021bin o treime<\/strong> dintre pacien\u021bii cu migren\u0103 [7].<\/p>\n<p>Aceste deregl\u0103ri afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i echilibrul unor neurotransmi\u021b\u0103tori, precum serotonina [8] \u0219i dopamina, implica\u021bi \u00een ini\u021bierea migrenei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, somnul perturbat afecteaz\u0103 progresul migrenei \u00een func\u021bie de carateristicile sale. Astfel, insomnia face creierul mai sensibil la stimuli (lumin\u0103 sau zgomote), \u00een timp ce somnul fragmentat reduce toleran\u021ba la durere, intensific\u00e2nd severitatea migrenei [9].<\/p>\n<p>Tulbur\u0103rile cronice ale somnului contribuie la transformarea migrenei episodice \u00een migren\u0103 cronic\u0103, o afec\u021biune caracterizat\u0103 prin atacuri frecvente \u0219i persistente [10].<\/p>\n<h2>Resurse \u0219i suport pentru pacien\u021bi<\/h2>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ave\u021bi deseori migrene \u0219i probleme cu somnul, o evaluare poate fi util\u0103 pentru a \u00een\u021belege cauzele \u0219i a primi recomand\u0103ri personalizate. De exemplu, o noapte cu somn perturbat poate induce modific\u0103ri fiziologice [16] (cre\u0219terea inflama\u021biei \u0219i tulbur\u0103ri vasculare craniene sau cervicale [17]) care m\u0103resc probabilitatea apari\u021biei migrenei.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum declan\u0219eaz\u0103 tulbur\u0103rile de somn migrena?<\/h2>\n<p>Tulbur\u0103rile de somn reprezint\u0103 cei mai importan\u021bi factori declan\u0219atori ai migrenei. Un program de somn stabil \u0219i o calitate bun\u0103 a somnului reduc vulnerabilitatea creierului la factorii declan\u0219atori ai migrenei [28].<\/p>\n<p>Principalele m\u0103suri utile includ:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Men\u021binerea unui program de somn constant,<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii somnului,<\/li>\n<li>Reducerea stresului \u0219i a factorilor emo\u021bionali declan\u0219atori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O provocare major\u0103 \u00een gestionarea atacurilor de migren\u0103 o reprezint\u0103 ciclul auto-perpetuant dintre somnul deficitar \u0219i migren\u0103 [29], care se manifest\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Somnul deficitar declan\u0219eaz\u0103 migrena,<\/li>\n<li>Migrena perturb\u0103 somnul,<\/li>\n<li>Perturbarea somnului cre\u0219te riscul viitor de migren\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Din acest motiv, tulbur\u0103rile de somn trebuie abordate ca parte integrant\u0103 a tratamentului migrenei.
